Can I use my gift voucher at any member of the Baiting House Collection?

Some vouchers allow you to book a table or room at any member of the Baiting House Collection. Others are specific to individual inns in the Collection. We strongly advise that you make a booking in advance (either by telephone or email) to the innm in question and mention that you will be paying with a Gift Voucher

How do I purchase a Gift Voucher?

Vouchers may be purchased via our website. We accept all types of UK debit and credit cards, and you may also pay via PayPal

When purchasing your gift voucher, you will be asked for the email address of the recipient. You can then choose whether to email their voucher immediately or on a nominated day

What if I want to give someone a physical voucher?

In this instance, when ordering the voucher, simply use your own email address as the recipient. When the voucher is emailed to you, print it out and give it to the recipient whenever you choose

Are there any additional fees or charges for sending vouchers?

There are no additional costs, you will only pay for the monetary value amount of the voucher you choose to purchase

What happens if the inn my voucher is for closes?

If the inn for which your voucher is valid closes or ceases t be a member of the Baiting House Collection within 12 months of the voucher date, your voucher can be exchanged for another restaurant or for an open Gift voucher

I have sent the gift voucher to the wrong email address, what should I do?

What should I do if my gift voucher is lost or stolen?

If lost or stolen please email us immediately: we will invalidate the original voucher so that it can’t be used. Our office hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm

Is there an expiry date on gift vouchers?

All vouchers will expire 12 months from the purchasing date

When will the gift voucher be delivered to the recipient?

It can be delivered immediately on purchase or you can choose the date on which you wish it to be sent

Do I need to book in order to use the gift voucher?

Yes! If you're booking accommodation it's essential to give at least 7 days' notice (and remember that blackout dates apply). We would always strongly advise that you always book tables to avoid disappointment. The voucher does not entitle you to a table within the restaurant and we remind you that, in general, we are unable to conifrm bookings for Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays with less than 5 days' notice. 

Can I use part of the gift voucher value?

You must use the full voucher amount. The restaurant cannot give change in cash or vouchers

Can I get change in vouchers if I do not spend the full amount?

No, you must spend the full amount of the voucher

Can I use more than one voucher at a time?

Yes, you can use as many monetary value vouchers as you like
