Advance reservations are essential. Please book well in advance and advise us of your voucher number on booking. You must bring your voucher with you when you visit and hand it in on arrival so your account can be settled/adjusted accordingly for you. The voucher acts as payment for your chosen service. Each voucher features a unique number and can only be used once, in one visit, and cannot be exchanged for money. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Valid for 12 months from voucher start date.
